Format: Two(2)16 minute Halfs For High School: PG Preps (2)20 minute halfs

AGREEMENT AND LIABILITY WAIVER.

The above refereced school accepts the invitation of The Litterial Green MLK Classic, and will participate in the MLK classic in College Park, GA. Participating teams shall be responsible for any and all liability for the act of it's team and staff while participating.

Each school is responsible to make sure that each student-athlete is physically able to participate in the tournament and hereby forever waive Litterial Green, The Litterial Green MLK Classic, ABI Prep, Tracy Wyatt Rec Center, Third Parties and any of its Staff and Sponsors of any and all liability including injuries and /or death and damages of whatever nature caused by basketball team and/or staff participating in the LG MLK Classic Invitational. I understand that The Litterial Green MLK Classic and partners have the right to forbid a team or player/coach from participating if the tournament deems it necessary. Tournament games will not be rescheduled due to unseen events. Tournament has the right to change the format based on the needs of the tournament. It is understood that once you pay your tournament fees which secures your spot, No Refunds will be given due to your teams cancellation. IF YOO HAVE NOT PAID YOUR REGISTRATION FEE YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED.

Cancellation of the terms of this contract maybe accomplished only by mutual agreement of the parties concerned in writing. If should a school fail to fulfill this contract, it agrees to pay the MLK Classic a cancellation fee of $1000, plus any court and attorney fees.

Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated at any tournament site and/or host accommodating resort. In the even of disruptive behavior at an accommodating hotels, ABI Prep and Litterial Green reserves the right to take action at their discretion up to and including removal from the premise without any refunds for unused accommodations. Further, Litterial Green, MLK Classic, ABI and its staff and sponsors will not be financially responsible any unused accommodations due to disruptive behavior.
